Junior .NET Developer

TEKsystems is searching for a Junior to Mid-level .NET developer for their client here in Honolulu.  This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

This candidate will be responsible for working with a team of web developers in various projects as assigned. The new development will be primarily done in C# and ASP.net with some exposure to Silverlight.

A qualified candidate should have:

-A BS degree in Computer Science or related field
-2-4 years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.net)
-SQL Server experience
-MVC, JQuery and Silverlight are nice-to-haves

Senior Applications Engineer - .Net/MOSS

 

Kamehameha Schools is looking for a Senior Applications Engineer (.Net/MOSS focus) to assist in the ongoing support and enhancement of various KS applications. NET, SQL, and MOSS are highly desirable. Technical and business experience in educational operations, financial operations, and financial asset management operations preferred.

 

The Senior Applications Engineer will be responsible for application design, user interface design, application integration design, application security design, and application testing. Assigned to conduct programming task, construct test cases and test plans, perform change management tasks, and work with vendor-based patch management systems.

 

Must have worked in IT field for at least five years and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

SQL Server DBA
TEKsystems is currently looking for a Database Administrator to join one of our clients here in Honolulu. This person must be an experienced SQL Server DBA, (database development would be a huge plus, as well.)
 
Sharepoint knowledge also required. The DBA/Developer will be responsible for database design and implementation, data integration (SSIS), backup/recovery and performance tuning. All of the applications, from Sharepoint to Workflow, have a SQL database component.
 
Must have recent experience working in a SQL Server DBA role. The candidate must either have a clearance or be eligible to be clearable.
This person must be local to Hawaii, no out of state candidates will be considered for this opportunity.
